At this time of year if we visit any shopping mall in the UK the shops will be doing all that they can to make their front displays as attractive as possible so as to incise you inside, it really is a tough battle for peoples custom. The bad news is that it’s even tougher to get trade through your website. You are not competing with half a dozen similar shops in the mall but the whole global market place.

Impress Your Visitors
There have been various studies on how long visitors stay on a website, but the general view that we can see is somewhere between 15 to 20 seconds. So your landing page really is your ‘elevator pitch’ to potential new customers and that’s why great design is critical to your business.

Don't Underestimate The Power Of Design
Whether you want to project cool and contemporary, cutting edge and trendy, loud and brash, your landing page has to hit the sweet pot. Using a great graphic designer (Hello there!) to at least create a high quality landing page can only be a sensible decision. Of course once you have your customers hooked, the website will need great signage and flow to take them on a journey which will hopefully end in new business for you.
